1. Donation Refunds
Donations made to givehopefoundation.org.in are generally non-refundable, except in the following situations:
Duplicate transactions
Technical issues causing accidental payments
Incorrect payment amount due to system error
A valid written request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@givehopefoundation.org.in
with:
Donor name
Transaction ID
Date of donation
Donation amount
Reason for refund
Our team will verify and process eligible refunds within 7–14 working days.
3. No Refund for Utilized Funds
If donations have already been allocated to a project or beneficiary, refunds cannot be issued.
4. Cancellation of Recurring Donations
Donors may cancel monthly/annual recurring donations by contacting us via email.
